This privacy policy forms part of the terms and conditions of this PharmaC mobile application as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “App”) and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and any other policies implemented and updated on the Site from time to time (collectively the “Terms and Conditions”) and sets out how Central Circle Company W.L.L (“CC”) and its affiliates (together with CC, “us,” “we” or “our”) uses and protects any information that you give us when you visit or use the App.  We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified during the course of using the App, you may be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

During your use of the App, we may collect certain “confidential information”.  For purposes of this privacy policy, “confidential information” means and includes, but is not limited to, certain information used to identify an individual (e.g., you), including, an individual’s name and contact information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, and IP addresses (the “Confidential Information”).  We require this information so that we are able to understand your needs and in order to provide you with better service.  In particular, we retain the Confidential Information for purposes of internal record keeping, in order to improve our App experience.

We are committed to ensuring that such Confidential Information is kept secure.  In order to prevent the unauthorized access to, or disclosure of such Confidential Information, we have put into place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to safeguard and secure Confidential Information that is collected online.

III.             Restrictions

We will not sell, distribute or lease the Confidential Information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so, by law.  We may use the Confidential Information to send you promotional information about us or our affiliates that we think you may find interesting, should you opt for this.

IV.            Permitted Disclosures

Generally, we do not disclose Confidential Information to third parties for them to use for their own purposes.  However some of the circumstances in which we may do so are the following: (a) to service providers that are working with us to make our App available or to improve or develop its functionality; (b) in relation to the proposed purchase or acquisition of our business or assets; or (c) where required by applicable law or any court, or in response to a legitimate request by a governmental authority, or law enforcement agency or body.

For your information, the Confidential Information you provide to us may be stored on the secure servers of our trusted service providers, which may be located outside of Kuwait.  This may involve the transfer of the Confidential Information to countries which offer lesser legal protection for the safety and security of the same.  By accepting our terms and conditions, you shall be deemed to expressly acknowledge and consent to the same.

Our App may contain links to other websites of interest.  However, once you have used these links to leave our App.  You acknowledge that we do not have any control over such websites, that are linked and/or accessed from our App and therefore, we will not be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that is provided or offered by you whilst visiting such websites and are not governed by these terms and conditions.  You are advised to exercise caution and to observe the terms of conditions, including without limitation, the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
